Slowly coming to terms with the fact that no matter how diligent I am, my first NY apartment will probably be the size of a shoebox. Honestly - who knew that 100-200sqft living spaces even existed?? Not only that, it’s double the price of my current apartment. Damn it New York, I didn’t bust my ass for the last couple years to feel like a broke college student upon graduation! Blasphemy.
