currently OBSESSED with avocado. never realized how much I loved them until “seasons” came into play and they were a scarcity in the NY wintertime. been eating this concoction all week: 
- half avocado
 - one hard boiled egg
 - cherry tomatoes, quartered
 - thawed shrimp
 - pepper
 - organic seasoning, sans salt
 Paleo friendly and utterly scrumptious. Please excuse how crazy this photo looks, I swear it’s delicious. hahaha
