Plagued by public relations headaches and brand criticism, Uber introduced Dara Khosrowshahi as CEO to usher in an new era of transparency and change within the organization. Their public facing marketing strategy included a three-part video series demonstrating new safety features, more detailed feedback cycles, and functionality for easier pick-ups. A lean and nimble production, I worked hand-in-hand with director Cassidy Gearheart from creative development through editorial to bring this transformation to life on social media.
